Even with club setup, device falls over when alignment stick inserted

Thank you for sharing your feedback! The Pure Plane Pro is designed to be anchored using the weight of a typical iron. For optimal stability, please ensure you use an iron and rest the end of the shaft nearest the clubhead on top of the device. It’s important to insert the shaft securely into the designated slot, as this setup is key to keeping the device stable during use. If you're still having difficulty, please let us know! We would be happy to send you another Pure Plane Pro.
