Pure Plane Pro does not come with alignment sticks. "Pure Plane Pro + Alignment Sticks" will come with a pair of alignment sticks.

Domestic Shipping

• Estimated Time: Our domestic shipping generally takes between 3-5 business days. We strive to ensure that your order is dispatched promptly and reaches you within the estimated timeframe.

International Shipping

• Estimated Time: For international deliveries, please allow up to 2 weeks. Due to the longer distances and customs procedures, international shipping can take a bit longer. If you do not receive your product within 45 days, we will offer you a full refund.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a friendly 30-day return policy. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, we're really sorry, but we can't process a refund or exchange. If you're within the time frame, great! Just make sure your item is in the same sparkling condition as when you received it.

About Shipping Charges

Just a heads-up, the cost of return shipping is on you. We recommend using a shipping method that's trackable, so you know your package is safe and sound on its journey back to us.

Refunds

Once we get your return and give it a quick check, we'll start processing your refund. It usually takes about 7 days from when we receive your item. Depending on your credit card company, it could take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. We'll drop you an email once everything’s sorted!
