Develop a Neutral Swing Plane

Who is this drill for?

This drill is good for players that want to develop good habits because they struggle with swing plane in both the backswing and downswing.

How do you setup the drill?

Use both alignment stick slots and set Pure Plane on the lowest angle. The bottom stick should be set on 40 degrees and the top stick should be set on 70 degrees. Position the ball (roughly 4 ft. for irons and 6 ft. for woods and driver) on the target side of Pure Plane with the ball in line with the alignment stick slot. Practice avoiding both alignment sticks in the backswing and downsiwng.

Insert two alignment sticks with Pure Plane on it's lowest setting. The lower alignment stick should be 40 degrees and the top alignment stick should be 70 degrees. Position Pure Plane (4 ft. for irons and 6 ft. for woods and driver) behind the ball along the ball target line.
