Getting Stuck Fix

Who is this drill for?

This drill is designed for players that swing too much from the inside and struggle with blocks and hooks.

How do you setup the drill?

Set the alignment stick at roughly the same angle as the lie angle of the club. We recommend 60 degrees for irons and 50 degrees for woods and driver. Position the ball the length of a wedge (roughly 3ft.) on the target side of Pure Plane and 6-12" outside Pure Plane. Practice avoiding the alignment stick by swinging above it in the backswing and downswing.

Position Pure Plane 6-12 inches inside the ball target line and 2-3 ft behind the ball for both irons, woods, and driver. We suggest setting the alignment stick to 55-60 degrees for irons and 45-50 degrees for woods and driver.
